The Whip and Spur is the latest silver on solid design that Fringe is known for. We have always wanted to do a spur rowel design and these hand painted rowels by my friend Ron Bonge are spot on! With great shading and texture applied to each rowel, they pop of the scarf for a beautiful and classic look!
