Custom Design & Redesign

Have loose turquoise, dated jewelry, heirloom pieces, or a special item you would like to bring back to life? We offer custom design and redesign services to help transform meaningful materials and existing jewelry into a piece created especially for you.

We enjoy collaborating with our clients throughout the design process, whether refreshing an existing piece, incorporating customer-supplied stones or materials into a new design, or creating a completely custom piece based on your vision.

A non-refundable design fee is required for all custom design and redesign projects. This fee covers consultation time, design development, research, planning, sourcing, and preparation associated with your project. The design fee is separate from the final cost of the piece unless otherwise stated in writing.

Custom Order Estimates & Deposits

Once the design and scope of the custom project have been determined, we will provide the client with an estimated quote for the custom work. Once the estimate has been reviewed and approved by the client, a 50% deposit is required before any custom work or production will begin.

The deposit confirms the client’s approval to proceed and allows us to begin purchasing materials, scheduling labor, and completing the custom work. Any remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to pickup, delivery, or shipment of the finished piece.

Because custom work may involve changes in material costs, silver or gold market prices, additional labor, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project, the original quote is considered an estimate. If a significant change in cost becomes necessary, we will communicate the revised estimate and obtain approval whenever reasonably possible before proceeding with additional work.

All additional labor, materials, stones, findings, fabrication, repairs, alterations, or other services will be estimated on a case-by-case basis.

Customer-supplied stones, jewelry, heirloom pieces, and other materials are accepted for evaluation at our discretion. Due to the age, condition, construction, previous repairs, or unknown history of outside items, we cannot guarantee how customer-supplied materials will respond during alteration, stone removal, resetting, soldering, fabrication, or other work.

We reserve the right to decline, reject, or discontinue any custom design or redesign project at our discretion. Acceptance of an item for consultation or evaluation does not guarantee acceptance of the project.

Once custom work has been approved and production has begun, changes requested by the client may result in additional design, material, and labor charges. Custom and redesigned pieces are created specifically for the individual client and may be subject to separate return, exchange, and cancellation terms.

Each custom project is unique and will be evaluated individually. We are committed to providing clear communication regarding the design, anticipated costs, potential limitations, and estimated completion timeframe.

Jewelry Quality & Repair 

We truly value the trust you place in us and want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. Each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully inspected through our quality control process before it is offered for sale or delivered to you, so it arrives meeting our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Because many of our items are handcrafted, vintage, Native American-made, or feature natural stones and materials, we want to gently share that normal wear, natural variations, tarnishing, discoloration, stone movement, or changes that occur with use are not considered defects. These qualities are often part of what makes each piece beautifully unique and one-of-a-kind.

If you ever experience an issue with a purchased item, please know we are here to help. We are happy to inspect and evaluate your piece and work with you to determine the most appropriate next steps. All repairs, replacements, and associated costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the item’s condition, the type of repair needed, required materials, availability of stones or components, and the labor involved.

Our repair services may include, but are not limited to:

• Restringing
• Stone replacement
• Soldering
• Cleaning & polishing
• Component repair or replacement

Please understand that some repairs may not be possible due to the item’s age, construction, materials, stone availability, or overall condition. In particular, replacement stones—especially natural turquoise and other unique stones—may not be an exact match to the original, as each stone is naturally one of a kind.
