Exchange/Merchandise Credit Policy

We have a 14-day exchange/credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange/credit.

To be eligible for an exchange/credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

To start an exchange/credit, you can contact us at contact@eaglesshadow.com. Please note that exchange/credits will need to be sent to the following address: 200 Spring Park Dr. Suite 104, Midland Texas 79705 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact email: contact@eaglesshadow.com.


Exchange/Credits 
Due to our quickly changing inventory, we can not always promise an exact exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a store credit in the form of a gift card within 10 business days.
